    We ensure the safety and efficacy of our products, and comply with a strong anti-corruption framework. We reinforce our Code of Conduct and policies with annual mandatory team training. As part of our goals and ethics, we also practise sustainability, to make healthcare more accessible without compromising the needs of our future generations.

     

    We uphold ethical business practices and maintain high standards through our Code of Conduct and Compliance policies. All employees and third parties must abide by these guidelines. Our Speak Up policy and channels allow for confidential reporting of any violations. Reports are reviewed by our Audit Committee for appropriate follow-up.     Anti-corruption Policy

    The Zuellig Pharma Anti-Corruption Policy sets the standards of conduct and business practice that must be followed when representing Zuellig Pharma during interactions with private entities and government officials, as well as when dealing with vendors seeking to do business with the company. We are committed to complying with all anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations in all our markets and to doing business in a manner that is consistent with our core values.

    It is important to ensure all our interactions with business partners (government or private) are conducted with openness and transparency and in accordance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. The same principles apply in the selection of appropriate vendors. All representatives of Zuellig Pharma are required to comply with the Anti-Corruption Policy when dealing with external parties.


    Speak Up Policy & Communication Channels

    We have a Speak Up policy as well as Speak Up communication channels to enable employees and third parties to report any suspected or occurring violations of the Zuellig Pharma Code of Conduct or other Zuellig Pharma policies.

    The hotlines and websites are operated by Navex, an independent third party, and allow reports to be submitted anonymously and confidentially. These channels are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are available in the local languages of the markets which we operate. We have a strict no-retaliation policy for anyone who submits a report in good faith.
