Leslie Rillon is the Vice President of Quality and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment). In her role, she oversees the organisation’s Quality and HSSE operations across the different business units, ensuring products and services are delivered in adherence to the highest standards. 

With Zuellig Pharma’s Quality Management System as the bedrock of the company’s processes and services, Leslie actively drives improvements in the corporate quality governance framework, integrating digitalised quality processes for digitally-enabled quality risk management towards Quality 4.0. She is a strong advocate of quality culture building as the key to upholding compliance in product quality and security, personnel safety, and environmental sustainability.

Leslie has over 20 years of experience in the quality space across the Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverage industries, primarily on supply chain quality assurance. Based out of Manila, Philippines, Leslie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of the Philippines. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Philippines Affiliate of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering.
